Questions about LISW inventory software
How much does the inventory software from us cost the company?
It depends on which of our software tariffs you choose (they differ in the number of licenses, i.e. devices, i.e. PCs and readers, on which you can then install them). Details can be found on the LISW software website on the Tariffs page. The basic annual license for LISW starts at CZK 9,000 excluding VAT. And we also offer tariffs for larger entities.
At the same time, we also lend equipment for inventories, if you do not have enough or none. If none of the tariffs suit you, write us your idea and we will subsequently prepare an offer for you.
How long does it take to deliver the software before you can start the inventory?
Very quickly. Usually within 1 business day of purchasing the license, you will receive access to your online account at the e-mail address you provided, where you will find the installation keys for the licenses. Details, including a detailed description, can be found directly on the LISW website in the How it works section.
Is support or training included in the price of the tariff for your software?
No software tariff includes support or training in the price, as it is usually not needed. After purchasing the LISW Tariff, you will also receive an instructional video, so you can start your inventory the very next day.
If you have no experience with inventories, or you want everything explained for the first time, you can of course order training from us. In case anything goes wrong, you can call us and we will be happy to help you with anything as part of online support.
